What we collect

When you ask for help we collect what you enter: the type of care, who it's for, ZIP code, timing, how care may be paid for, your name, phone, optional email and notes, and the page you sent it from. We ask you not to include medical details. Our server also keeps standard logs (pages visited, referring site, browser) to count visits.

How we use and share it

We use your request to help you find care options. With your consent, we may share it with up to three care providers or care advisors serving your area so they can contact you. We don't sell your information for any other purpose.

Your choices

To stop calls or texts, reply STOP or tell the caller. To have your request deleted, email hello@medicalcare.org.

Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it sets cookies to measure how the site is used.
